When my package didn't show up, I had to call customer service to find out what happened. They basically said 'oh yeah, we cancelled that for fraud.' During that call they told me they'd cleared it up, so I figured I could just reorder. But here's the thing - I had used a discount code on the original order and they promised to email me a new one so I could use it again. Never got that code, and after asking two more times, still nothing. I ended up buying from another company instead and got everything delivered without any trouble, plus I paid even less overall. Bottom line: I can't suggest this place if you're looking for AED equipment. There are way better options out there.
