For my part I just ordered three blankets for my three small dogs. They arrived quickly and felt really soft and my pups loved them right away. I didn't buy any clothing but I get that sizing dogs is tough because mixed breeds have such different body shapes and what fits one size on one dog might fit a different size on another. In my case things worked out well and I plan to shop with them again.
Had an issue yesterday when I was at my property. A delivery driver showed up and handed something off to someone else without properly checking with me first. One of the employees there, seems like maybe he's in charge, also got involved in a confusing way. I just want to understand what happened and feel like I should have gotten fair treatment.
Customer service is really disappointing here. The return policy is awful and packages take forever to arrive, sometimes over a month. Skip this place and order elsewhere.
Made a donation in someone's name but they never got notified about it. When I asked why, customer service said I didn't include an email address. But I filled out their form completely with the email and it was attached to my confirmation. After I pointed this out they didn't apologize or resend the notification. This made me hesitant about donating again. I've also bought some of their products and wasn't impressed with those either.

Then like another reviewer mentioned they won't accept it back. Read their return policy super carefully because there are lots of fine print situations where they get out of refunding you. Don't buy here if you need to make changes. I got a tank top for under twenty-five dollars but needed a different size. Couldn't find where to exchange it so I called and was told it's handled by a third party vendor and once you buy something all sales are completely final. I've been ordering from them for years without problems so this is a new policy that's frustrating. They lost my business over less than twenty-five dollars when all I wanted was to swap sizes. Amazon has the same items for cheaper and you can actually return or exchange things.
Really disappointed to find out this company carries alpaca wool products. The way they harvest that wool is cruel and inhumane. Those animals are restrained and clearly suffer during the process. They need to stop selling items made from alpaca. How can they call themselves an animal rescue when they're doing this?
Ordered five sweatshirts for my family and it turned out to be a waste of money. The fit is all wrong because they taper in at the waist but you wouldn't know that from their sizing info which only lists chest and length. I got a 40 inch chest size but the hips are only 34 inches, and some other sizes have even bigger gaps. On top of that, the small shirt looks like a reject with a misaligned pocket that's three inches too short and the print is way off center. Actually all five shirts have printing problems with at least three of them being over a quarter inch off, and one is almost an inch off. Spent $175 on defective merchandise and nobody's even responded to my emails with pictures. I'm calling my credit card company to file a dispute because that's what it takes to get anything done. I won't be ordering from them ever again.

Meanwhile their website says to follow the packing slip instructions for returns but doesn't include one anymore. They also need to add more measurements to their sizing charts because I only got chest and length and made my choice based on that but the jacket ended up being way too small. When I called to explain customer service just sent an automated response about how to return items without even saying sorry. Then the rep asked if there was anything else and I said to cancel my account. She confirmed she cancelled my email and that was it, no attempt to keep my business. I'm shopping somewhere else now.
