The device works really well when it actually functions, but that's the problem. The pump quit working shortly after my warranty ran out, which sure seems suspicious. There's no battery indicator to let you know what's going on, no power switch, and no real way to figure out what's wrong without wasting a bunch of those pricey salt pods. I'm thinking about going back to my old method of using an atomizer, at least that thing was reliable and didn't break on me.

I really can't recommend this product. After using it, my nasal passages felt more congested than before, not better. Plus the water kept running down my throat the whole time. Definitely not worth it.

She wouldn't stop criticizing me and kept ordering me to redo the cleaning procedure just so she could hear the water running while she barked instructions at me. It felt like the company didn't trust me at all. I spent a hundred dollars on a plastic device that broke easily, and after only two weeks of owning it, the power button stopped working properly. When I called to ask about a replacement, she flat out refused and then hung up on me without discussion. This is honestly the worst customer service I've experienced anywhere. The attitude alone is enough reason to stay away from this brand. Nobody should have to deal with this kind of treatment after paying for a product.

Pop the batteries out, dry everything completely, maybe use some rice to absorb moisture. Make sure the top part is locked down securely too. Sometimes it's just dead batteries. Mine stopped working but after drying it all out thoroughly, it's been working great again. Give yourself a real chance with this thing and read the instructions carefully.
