Did nothing for my snoring and just caused pain in my mouth and jaw. Unfortunately I found out too late that I was past the return deadline, so I'm stuck losing $160 after falling for their ads and buying two of these things.
Ordered a device that never showed up. The tracking shows it went back to the sender over two weeks ago, yet I haven't gotten my money back. Nobody picks up when I call and they ignored the email I sent last week.
The mouthpiece is way oversized. I've tried other brands and they all helped at least a little bit. Same exact approach here but no relief. Would definitely skip this one.
Way too big! The mouthpiece kept hitting the back of my throat and there's basically no way to trim it since adjusting is super difficult. Had to pay for return shipping both ways, so I'm out like twenty bucks for nothing. Also couldn't find anywhere on the website to leave feedback.
This thing is absolutely massive. They really need to offer smaller versions for people with smaller mouths. My tongue got shoved back so far that I was still snoring even when I wasn't sleeping! Adjusting the lower part and moving my jaw forward didn't help at all and actually hurt my jaw even after I took it out. Way too expensive and just doesn't work.
Purchased this in September and it never fit right no matter what I tried. I wanted to return it using their thirty day guarantee but they acted confused, gave me excuses about a missing order number, and then just stopped responding. I sent back my device but apparently there's some mix up on their end with the numbers. Their lack of communication tells me they're not standing behind what they promised. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they ignored that too.
Terrible product. I honestly can't figure out how this would help anyone. You could put this on a list of medieval torture devices. Can't even close your mouth with it in, so forget about learning to breathe through your nose. Just ends up making your airway worse.
Don't purchase this. They send you a worse version of the product and then won't honor their thirty day return policy. Emails just get an automated bot response, nothing from real people.
Don't fall for the reviews on their site like I did. The device itself is oversized and really uncomfortable. The whole teeth impression thing isn't helpful since my teeth aren't perfect and straight, and the device ended up putting pressure on one specific tooth. I've used a competitor's product that's way smaller and actually works way better for snoring and sleep apnea, so I'd recommend that brand instead. Definitely check out their Better Business Bureau page too.
