Then I learned their system was saying my address was incorrect, so I resent the same address because obviously I know where I'm located. Their response was still the same complaint about the address. I politely told them to either deliver it or refund my money. I've never had to deal with such frustration over an address with any other business. I'm still waiting for them to answer back.

Eventually I got a message saying their system flagged my address as wrong, so I sent the exact same address again because yes, I know where I live. They got back to me with the same complaint about my address. I politely asked them to either send the product or give me my money back. It's been ridiculous dealing with this company over an address issue. Still waiting to hear back from them.
This whole experience has been incredible from day one! The items you get are seriously high quality and genuinely life-changing, plus the customer service is what really stands out. I've tried reaching out to customer support multiple times but haven't gotten any responses. It's frustrating not knowing what's happening or getting any kind of update. I'd really like to either get my items or hear back from someone at the company. Based on what I've experienced, I can't really recommend them to others.
