My negative feedback wasn't shown on their site. I bought their organic hydrating cream and the packaging is a serious problem. The edges are extremely sharp and it takes so much force to pry it open that I keep getting cuts on my hands. Every single time I use it, my skin gets scraped up and bleeds. This has never happened to me with any other product before, and it's honestly frightening how dangerous this is. I reached out hoping they'd look into fixing the packaging design, but never heard back. It's disappointing because the actual cream works great, but I can't keep using something that injures me.
