Had an awful experience at the local location. A trainer treated me poorly for leaving the training area just five minutes early a few weeks ago, but I didn't report it. Instead I misrepresented the situation to management out of respect. I'm asking the business owner to check the surveillance footage to see what actually happened. On top of that, the smoothie counter overcharged me for a drink and claimed I'd ordered something extra that I never asked for. My membership was cancelled yet they still charged my card for a full month ahead. I was also hit with a $700 charge for personal training after I'd already cancelled. The staff member who closed my account was dishonest with the manager. Management needs to investigate properly instead of just taking things at face value. I plan to file a complaint with the state gym board.

Received a stairmaster that quit working after just a couple weeks. Been trying to get in touch since late summer with no luck. They won't answer calls, return voicemails, or respond to emails. The machine itself is poor quality and their support is nonexistent. Definitely steer clear of this company!

Lori provided the best service I've gotten anywhere. When I submitted a request through the contact form, she got back to me right away and was willing to help. We finished everything up with a phone call on Sunday and had my specialty bench arrive that same week. She kept me updated every step of the way and was absolutely fantastic.
