Still haven't gotten my order. I placed it on the EU site in late August for a specific item. Twenty working days passed with no shipping details or confirmation email. When I finally asked where my stuff was, I got a response asking if I wanted an EU plug. Of course I did, that's what I ordered in the first place. I know EU plugs aren't in stock for your UK location, but I specifically selected the EU version. Why did I have to wait three weeks to confirm what I already picked? Why didn't you ask during checkout? I have no idea when I'll actually receive anything.

Only lasted one year before dying. My husband got the Laifen wave toothbrush from an online retailer in late July 2024 and purchased 6 extra heads with it. He really enjoyed using it, but then the charging stopped working just one week past the 12 month warranty expiration date. We still have 3 unopened heads sitting around. After reaching out to Laifen with our order information, we explained the timing and asked if they'd consider a goodwill repair or replacement. Their response was no, but they did offer us a discount to buy another one. Really frustrating experience. I can't recommend this product if you're expecting it to last longer than a year, which doesn't seem great for the environment either. I did appreciate them replying to my follow-up comments though.

Got this toothbrush as a present and when I finally tried to use it, I couldn't get it to turn on no matter what I did. I searched for troubleshooting tips online but nothing helped. Tried reaching out to support twice with no response. My third attempt got me a message from their automated system saying I needed to provide a receipt, but since it was a gift I didn't have one. At this point I just gave up and threw it out. Really wish I could rate this lower than one star.

Hands down the best electric toothbrush I've ever owned. It's powerful, does a lot, loaded with features, and looks beautiful. I was so impressed I bought a few more for family members. We got all three color options, but I have to say the aluminum finish is the winner because it resists fingerprints and feels cool to the touch, giving it that luxury feel you don't get from competitors. For everything you get included, the price point is unbeatable.

My Laifen SE High-Speed Hair Dryer came in October 2024 and it's been quite a journey from the incredible unboxing experience to actually using this cutting-edge piece of technology. This thing is amazing. I've never had a hair dryer that works this fast or leaves my hair looking so glossy and smooth, especially my gray hair which looks incredible. Laifen's support team also jumped in really quickly when I had a shipping problem and took great care of it. Planning to check out more of their product line for sure.

Best purchase ever! After using my Laifen brush for three months, I went to my dental cleaning and got perfect results that shocked my hygienist so much she bought one for herself. So impressed we could barely believe it. My husband and I read some reviews on Laifen toothbrushes and got really interested. We'd used other electric brushes including PURESONIC and two sets of AQUASONIC before, and they were decent but nothing compared to Laifen's power. We loved being able to change the speed and duration. We bought one pink and one stainless steel version, plus two carrying cases, and got the ultra whitening and gum care attachments. On our two-week cruise, we didn't need to recharge once. We're thrilled with everything we got.
