Had an issue with the plastic bin inside my dispenser, so I reached out to their support team. Within a day I got a response, and by day three they shipped me a replacement bin. Actually, they went above and beyond and sent me an entire new unit instead of just the part! Their customer service really impressed me. Way better than what I was expecting.

Their customer service is really disappointing. The website talks about how great they are and promises easy free returns, but in reality you get treated rudely and they won't actually honor their return policy. Just avoid them.

Don't believe the hype about their ten year warranty, especially on brushed steel finishes. Mine rusted on the inside and the coating peeled off within a year. My garage bin had this happen and they refused to cover it under warranty even though it's clearly a manufacturing defect. They kept sending me the same robotic reply saying rust and peeling are normal. For a brand that charges premium prices and claims premium quality, that's embarrassing. It's obvious they know this is an issue and built it into their warranty fine print to avoid paying claims. I had plans to buy another one but after this experience I won't. You'd be smarter buying a generic brand for half the price. I can't recommend this company at their price point and with their service.

Got four of their touchless soap dispensers and after about four years, half of them stopped holding a charge and became completely dead. Given what I paid for these things, they're absolutely not worth the investment. Total disappointment. Would not recommend to anyone.

Tried to browse their site on my iPad and it won't even load properly. When I tried to contact them with a simple question, their support form demanded all kinds of personal details including my phone number just to ask something. Their website and customer support are both a mess. I'm not buying anything from them. Steer clear.

Gone through two hand soap dispensers now and neither one lasted past the warranty window. The customer service reps are nice enough, but the actual dispensers just aren't built well for the price you're paying. You can get better quality elsewhere for a lot less money.

In all that time I've only torn two bags. They hold heavy stuff like cast iron pans without any issues. When I first got the can I didn't realize how good the bags were, but when I went to reorder I was shocked at the reasonable price. The company clearly focuses on what customers actually need. Little touches like the fold on the first bag that makes it easier to grab, plus the low supply sticker that reminds you to reorder, show they think things through. Even on my budget, the pricing feels fair. Really grateful for a company that gets it.

I've been a huge fan of this brand for years, buying their trash cans and soap dispensers constantly. Everything was great until now. When my sister's old mirror finally died, she picked up a new one right away. But when it showed up, the thing was wobbly and unstable. Seriously, the base isn't level. We even made a side by side video comparing her original mirror that stands rock solid next to the new one that rocks back and forth like it's dancing. We tried a replacement and got the exact same issue. When we complained, customer service was polite but kept saying the wobble was normal and working as intended. They watched our video of the old mirror standing perfectly still next to this new wobbly one and still said everything was fine. The frustrating part is that this new model requires more adjustment than the old one, and at this price point that's just not acceptable. The older version didn't have this problem, and we have proof. Customer service really let us down on this one.
