Update: The rug pad did eventually arrive, though it took about a week. I'd already gone ahead and bought another one elsewhere by that point. They did provide a return label at least. Changing this to 2 stars from my original rating, though honestly I still wouldn't suggest ordering from them given the shipping delays and unreliable communication. Original complaint: I placed my order and they printed a label but then nothing. Radio silence after that, no tracking info, no follow-up emails, and nobody picked up when I called or responded to messages. Over a week went by. This was really annoying since I had a rug being delivered and needed the pad for it.

These rug pads are solid and the service was great too! Everything went smoothly and I'd definitely order from them again if I needed more rug pads in the future.
