Sorted by: Most recentWatch Out! The stuff they sell seems decent enough (though pricey) when you're shopping in their actual store, but that's where things fall apart. They told me my order would get to me in 4 to 5 days, which apparently they say all the time, but that never happened. They printed a shipping label and that was it - the package just sat in their warehouse. Their customer service phone line just rings to a voicemail box and a bunch of their store numbers don't even work. I tried emailing customer service several times and got nothing back. I finally sent them an email saying I wanted to cancel the order that never showed up, and I also filed a dispute through my credit card company.
