When I reached out to their support team, they sent me a response about something completely different. They offered me a discount code, but using it would actually cost me more money than just buying from a local shop here in the Netherlands. This company's customer support is terrible and unhelpful. I'd strongly recommend avoiding Vaporesso altogether. They won't work with you to solve your problems.
I never received multiple packages that were supposed to come through the powershop community. The admin team running the uvcommunity group has some of the worst customer service I've experienced. They hide posts in their contests from people who are actually winning because they only want their friends to win. For the last four months, I've been left completely in the dark about my missing orders and I'm far from the only one. Nobody replies to emails and the admins ignore messages about this issue.
