Their product selection is fantastic, the customer service team is super helpful, and orders arrive quickly at my door. The variety of colors they offer is awesome and the prices are fair. I'm still totally hooked on their twist o flex watchbands!
My Speidel twist of flex watchband was working fine for about a year before one of the links snapped. When I reached out to their customer service team to report the issue, they refused to help. They kept insisting that I had stretched it out myself and caused the damage, which felt like they were just trying to avoid replacing it. It's disappointing because Speidel used to make really solid watchbands, but like so many brands these days, the quality seems to have gone downhill.
