Customer service really came through for me when I needed to update my contact lens prescription on my recurring order. I ran into some trouble trying to handle it myself, but the support team stepped in and walked me through the whole thing flawlessly. Don't remember the rep's name, but she was absolutely fantastic and made everything so simple. Really grateful for the help.

Really satisfied with my time at Port Lincoln and I'm telling everyone about it. Things went great right from the start. My eye exam was done with real skill and care, with the optometrist taking the time to explain each part of the process and making sure every aspect of my vision and eye health was checked. Felt super comfortable the whole time and you could tell they were focused on delivering thorough care rather than cutting corners. Got help picking two pairs of glasses and the staff member was just excellent. They were really nice, patient, and made sure they understood what I was after before offering advice on what frames would look good and fit well. Both pairs arrived exactly when promised and are outstanding quality. I wear them every single day and they're really comfy.
