Bought an ink cartridge in late November for my Brother printer and it arrived fine in early December. When I needed it the first Saturday in January, I found it wouldn't fit properly in the printer. Couldn't reach customer service until Monday and then it took another couple days to get told they'd send a replacement. I got mixed messages about whether to return the defective one. What bothered me most was that getting a replacement seemed like they were doing me a favor rather than their responsibility for sending me a broken product in the first place. I had to rush out to an office supply store and pay way more for a working cartridge because of their defective product, and they never acknowledged the inconvenience and extra expense this caused me.

I'm retired and almost 88 years old. Used this company for years for my Pantum printer supplies. The ink quality was excellent and waterproof, which was perfect for my projects. Sadly they no longer carry Pantum products. Recently tried buying cartridges at another retailer and it didn't work with my printer. I'm really looking forward to calling them back on Monday to see if they can help me find an affordable ink solution like we used to have.

Bought a full color toner set and learned the hard way that budget brands like this just don't work. My Canon Imageclass printer won't recognize them so I'm throwing them all out and going back to my old black and white Canon. I've got tons of black toner for that one sitting at home. Save your money and don't bother with these cartridges.

Had major problems with the Canon toner I purchased. The magenta cartridge leaked right out of the package, and the replacement also leaked causing weird spots and lines on my documents. The black turned into light gray within two weeks. The yellow and cyan had occasional color problems too, especially after the printer sat unused. Customer support was just okay and only offered to replace individual cartridges, not the whole set. Fed up, I ordered the same toners from another company and every single one worked perfectly. They won't be getting my money again.
