Really disappointed with the business cards I ordered. The quality is terrible - the edges came out all rough and uneven like they were cut with something dull. This is completely unacceptable for a product I'm supposed to hand out to people. They claim to have some kind of guarantee but good luck actually getting someone on the phone to help. I waited forever on hold listening to awful music and nobody ever answered. I'm requesting a refund but struggling to figure out how to even contact them. This company needs to seriously improve their customer service approach.

These business cards are pretty much unusable. I got them in the mail and within a day of carrying them in my wallet alongside my credit cards they started showing scratches and fading. The quality is so poor that the cards deteriorate almost immediately - they're only good if you leave them sitting in the box untouched. I'm really frustrated because I can't use these for anything practical. The cards simply don't hold up to normal handling.
