Never Going Back I'm honestly baffled why I'd ever return to this location. My husband and I scheduled an appointment for a Saturday morning in early January. I waited around 3 to 5 minutes before saying hello and mentioning our reservation, and the staff member just said okay then immediately went to help someone else. I was frustrated, to say the least. The place was packed and nobody seemed to care about customers with scheduled times. Since I have a medical condition affecting my vision that needs professional attention, I asked for help from another employee, but it felt pointless so we just left and booked elsewhere. I'm still upset about the whole thing since my eyesight evaluation is really important. I won't be coming back, and I'll definitely be telling people about what happened.
Superior Subwoofers and Standout Customer Care I purchased a PB-14 Ultra years ago, probably more than ten years at this point. After quite a bit of use, the amp module stopped working. I figured that was it and started looking at their current models, knowing they'd be expensive and not really wanting to drop that kind of money right now. Turns out I didn't have to worry. SVS still makes amp modules for my older sub even though it's been out of production for years, and not just a basic replacement either but an upgraded version that matches what they're putting in their newest models. And the price? Less than expected. Way less, actually. Getting it delivered was affordable too, and the improvement is incredible. I'm almost glad the original amplifier quit because the difference is night and day. That's real long-term customer support done right.
Outstanding Company and Subwoofers This is my third subwoofer purchase from SVS and the experience keeps getting better. Everything runs smoothly, the pricing is fair, and the customer service is fantastic. The first sub I got from them back in 2004 is still performing amazingly and delivering deep bass like it should.
