My order included the Sparkle Teardrop with Sterling Silver and a 24 inch Solid Sterling Silver Twist Chain, the Jazzy Teardrop in 14k Gold Vermeil with a 24 inch Gold Plated Snake Chain, and A Piece of My Heart in Rose Gold with a 24 inch Black Satin Cording. I ordered on a Tuesday night and it shipped the next day, arriving within a few days. The filling kit was simple and came with easy to follow instructions though having a second person helping would've been nice. I'm thrilled with how everything turned out. Since I hadn't worn necklaces in ages, people definitely notice my pendants and want to know more about them. I'm so glad I went with Perfect Memorials.

I ordered a 14KT gold heart with diamonds back in December for $1,300 to hold my mom's ashes. I've emailed and called many times with no response at all. This is really disappointing and I feel awful for paying upfront without getting anything. Now I have four different order numbers to keep track of and just want my money back so I can order elsewhere. There's been no explanation about why they're taking a break, and it's been three months. Their website is even down now when I was just on it an hour ago.

The fingerprint jewelry from this company is really disappointing. I bought a necklace that was supposed to have my mom's fingerprint engraved on it. The pictures on their site made it look like a real engraving, but what I got was basically just powder brushed onto the surface. Plus the fingerprint was way too big to be hers anyway. It feels like a total scam when they advertise these beautiful jewelry pieces knowing they won't actually deliver what they show. Nobody answers their phones either. The worst part is their return policy won't let you get a refund once something gets engraved, even if it's wrong. The urn I ordered was decent quality at least. Just skip the jewelry and don't believe what you see in their pictures.

This company is totally fraudulent. I ordered two urn necklaces but only got one filling kit shipped to me. Instead of the metal funnel shown in their ads, they threw in a toothpick and paper funnel. Are you serious right now? This is a complete joke.

I found the weeping angel urn and immediately knew it was the right choice to honor my son. The ordering process was really smooth and everyone got back to me so fast via email. One staff member was especially helpful and got the plaque engraved and proofed quickly. My urn arrived nicely packaged about a week later and I'm very happy with it. I'd definitely recommend them.

My wife and I bought the Traditional Cross Urns and the phone ordering process went smoothly. They shipped quickly via FedEx and arrived in good shape. The one issue I had was the interior finish on both urns felt rough with a couple of sharp spots near the welds since they're aluminum. Otherwise we got great value for what we paid.
