They shipped me a different part than what the website listed, then slapped me with a 15 percent restocking fee plus shipping charges when I tried to return it.
They shipped the wrong product for my 2023 Nissan Titan and gave me poor support about it. The whole process is frustrating and they require approval before you can even return the incorrect item. According to them, the part came from the manufacturer, not them. I will never shop with this company again. I'm sticking with Amazon or a local shop.
Don't even walk toward this company, run away. Their customer service is hands down the worst I've encountered. They blew through three different shipping dates and made no effort to help.
