I ordered the Copper Hanging Dove Ornament for fifty bucks, which didn't even cover shipping, insurance fees, or taxes on top of that. The whole thing arrived in a plain grocery box and clearly had been damaged and fixed already. The hanging chain was literally glued where it connects to the bird's wings, and the ornament was filthy when I opened it. I cleaned it up and straightened the bent parts as best I could before deciding to keep it. It honestly wasn't worth going back and forth trying to get a replacement. The product looks beautiful online, but don't expect to get what's shown in the pictures.

I've ordered the apple blossom amaryllis in waxed bulb from VivaTerra twice now, in early 2025 and early 2026, and both times the experience was frustrating. Within days of ordering, I got an email saying the item was temporarily out of stock and my delivery would be pushed back. When the package finally showed up, the bulb inside had a completely snapped stem. The issue appears to be inadequate packaging. The bulb sits at the bottom of a cardboard box with just a thin piece of cardboard around the stem area, and there's basically nothing protecting it during shipping. If you're looking for your amaryllis to show up on time and in good condition, I'd suggest shopping elsewhere.
