Sorted by: Most recentWatch out if you're considering a KeyNutrients subscription. I signed up and later decided to cancel, only to discover there's no cancel button on their website. Your only option is emailing their customer service, which sounds convenient until you actually try it. I sent my first cancellation request on July 22nd and got nothing back. Tried again on August 2nd, still radio silence. Another attempt on August 6th also went nowhere. Frustrated, I finally found their phone number and called it on August 17th, only to hear a recording saying they don't do phone support anymore and everything has to go through email. At that point I knew something was seriously wrong. I filed a dispute with my credit card company to protect myself from future charges and sent another email on August 18th, making sure to copy the Arizona Attorney General since that's where the company is based. I also mentioned I'd be contacting the Better Business Bureau. That apparently did the trick because I got a response that same day confirming they'd process my cancellation.
Really disappointed with KeyNutrients.com's account management system. I switched from buying their Electrolyte powder on Amazon because I wanted to support them directly, but what a mistake that turned out to be. Their website makes it nearly impossible to handle basic account stuff like updating or canceling subscriptions. When you log into your account, you can only see past orders. The actual subscription section is hidden behind a different login link and doesn't even display your active subscriptions properly, showing everything as inactive instead. The worst part is there's zero way to delete your credit card info or make any changes to your subscription through the website itself. The only option they give you is filling out a request form or emailing their general customer service address. If you want to actually stop getting charged, you basically have no choice but to contact your bank and dispute it. It's really unacceptable that a company won't let you manage something as important as your payment method on your own account.
