Isotoner Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Isotoner
Isotoner is rated 1.9 out of 5 by 15 shoppers, with the vast majority expressing serious dissatisfaction. The dominant complaint centers on customer service and returns: shoppers report that emails go unanswered, there is no phone number available to contact the company, refunds fail to appear after returning items, and the overall process is described as frustrating and unresponsive. Multiple customers indicate they have had to dispute charges with their credit card companies to recover their money. Some reviewers also note declining product quality, with slipper soles wearing out prematurely.
A small number of shoppers praise the comfort and functionality of Isotoner products, particularly gloves and slippers, when items arrive successfully. However, positive feedback is heavily overshadowed by the accessibility and fulfillment issues that dominate recent reviews. The lack of direct communication channels and failure to process returns reliably appear to be driving most customers away from making repeat purchases.

Sorted by: Most recentThe headache of trying to return their products is unreal. There's no phone number to call. Emails just go unanswered. I sent the slippers back exactly as they instructed and included the tracking information. Then nothing - just total silence. How does this company stay in business in the United States? I have to agree with other customers that the quality isn't what it was before. Years ago everyone wanted Isotoner products. Now they represent poor customer care. If you're thinking about buying their stuff, do not order from their website. Get them from Amazon instead.
Got a return label and that's it. The refund never showed up. I had to file a dispute through my credit card company to get my money back.
Can't get a response to any of my emails about a return and there's no phone number available to contact them. This is my last purchase from them. I hope my review helps someone else avoid this nightmare experience.
My daughter and I have always been fans of Isotoner slippers, but the last couple pairs we've gotten, though authentic, have had soles that wore out really quickly - almost before we even got a chance to wash them. The quality just isn't the same anymore and they don't hold up like they used to. Does anyone else have the same issue?
I used to really enjoy their ballerina slippers, so I placed an order for my third pair plus some shoes on August 2nd. It's now August 19th and the package is stuck in Aurora, Colorado going on three weeks because they won't spring for decent shipping. I'm finished with them, completely done. Update: After three weeks the order finally arrived, but they sent me the wrong size. I emailed Isotoner and was told they'd send the right size with expedited shipping and asked if I'd donate the incorrect pair. A week and a half later I followed up asking for a tracking number. They responded asking what size I got, even though I'd already told them that exact information in the same email thread. The next day I got an email saying the correct size would arrive in 7 to 10 days. No company has treated me this poorly. Something is seriously broken at Isotoner and I'm done shopping there.
The only real problem was the delivery company dropped the ball on getting it to me, not Isotoner's fault. Their gloves are super comfortable and work great with touchscreen phones.
This was a terrible ordeal from start to finish. I purchased slippers through a brand website in December 2024, hoping my mother would get them as her Christmas gift. We've bought from this brand before because of their reputation for quality, but this experience has really shaken my confidence. The tracking showed delivery to the right address, but my mother discovered at the end of December that she never got them. When I tried filing a complaint on the US site, they didn't respond at all. I ended up filing a claim through PayPal, and I believe the company deliberately took forever responding so my claim would go through PayPal's process instead. PayPal said since the company marked it delivered, it must have been delivered. I get that some people make false claims, but this almost never happens to me. I'm out $59 for slippers my mother never received. Be very careful with this website.
Really disappointed with both the product quality and the service. I bought womens microterry slippers for about $11 in shipping. When they got here, the size 8.5-9 was way too snug - I normally wear 8.5 but could barely squeeze my foot in. The sole felt thin and not comfortable at all. I didn't read the return policy first, which was my mistake. You have to email them your order info to get a return label, and they take it out of what they refund you. Shipping both ways will cost more than these poorly sized, cheap slippers are worth. The whole experience was frustrating from start to finish.
These are nothing like the gloves my mom owned. Back in the 1950s she had a pair of Isotoners that were absolutely gorgeous. I got mine from a department store and they're already falling apart. The stitching is coming loose after just two months.
Ordered 3 pairs of slippers, tried one and it was poorly made and way too big even though it's the size I always get. Sent back the other 2 unopened in original packaging. I followed their return instructions to the letter, but their process is confusing and unclear. Used USPS with tracking and got nothing back from them. No contact, nothing. Almost a month has passed since I mailed it on 4-15-24. I'll probably have to call them directly for help, but based on all the terrible reviews out there, I'm not holding my breath.
