Negative reviewers report critical issues including unresponsive customer service, payment processing problems, billing disputes, platform crashes, unresolved payment withdrawals for workers, and poor quality readings. One staff member praised the company's responsiveness, accommodation, and quick payouts, describing the platform as supporting audio sessions, video readings, and live chats.

I used to work for them and cannot withdraw my pay. I've reached out through multiple channels and they won't respond. Stay clear at all costs.

What a disaster! My kid wanted to get a tarot reading so I allowed him to use the site. They billed my card for way too much money and the platform kept crashing. Total rip off! Do NOT use this service! Complete con artists!

I'm on staff here and honestly this is the greatest place I've ever worked for. They're responsive, super accommodating, and genuinely caring. You can do audio sessions, video readings, and live chats with customers. Everything runs smooth and payouts happen quickly without any hassle. Seriously cannot recommend this enough. Hands down the top platform out there right now.

This is a total scam. My credit card was compromised and I'm warning everyone to stay away from this fraudulent operation. Please shut down these psychic sites.

I submitted my application to become a practitioner over seven months ago and still haven't heard anything back. They keep ignoring me completely.
