For what you're paying, don't bother with this diffuser. Clearly lots of other people are having the exact same problems with the fan noise and oil leaks. This thing isn't built well and you're not getting your money's worth. I think they're too busy dealing with complaints to actually respond to anyone.

This is my second defective unit and I'm extremely frustrated. Yet the warranty is only three months, which seems laughably short for a premium product. Instead of replacing my second broken unit, they offered me a discount to buy another one. Then they tried to upsell me on their VIP program with monthly subscriptions and commitments. That's not a solution, that's just asking me to throw more money at a broken product. For this price point, they should stand behind what they're selling instead of trying to get me to buy more.
What a scam. I ordered two diffusers, four scents, and a candle. The candle arrived broken and two of the four scents were missing from the box. I called and emailed multiple times trying to get help but nobody would respond. Do not buy from this company. The scent itself is okay but nothing special and the service is nonexistent.
