The insurance thing especially bothers me because it's basically a hidden charge, no different than paying extra at a store for card fees.

Can't say enough good things about nutrition warehouse. The staff here is incredible, especially this one guy who goes above and beyond. He takes time to chat with you, gives solid advice, and actually shows you how everything works with what you're buying. He always makes sure I'm taken care of and gets me the right stuff. All the other team members are fantastic too. The prices are amazing, and I honestly can't recommend this place enough. Thanks to everyone there, and especially to that guy for the outstanding service.

Their promised delivery windows are unreliable. I placed an order that said it would arrive in 1 to 4 days, but after a week it still hadn't even been processed. When I contacted customer service, they blamed it on high order volume, which seems like an excuse rather than a real explanation. Their website is frustrating. They were heavily promoting a brand new exclusive product released today and the site clearly said available for click and collect, yet when I checked, no stores within 250 kilometers actually had any stock. This isn't the first time this has happened either. The auto-adding of shipping insurance to your cart is also sketchy. I used to recommend this business, but I'm switching to competitors now.
