The shipping through USPS was a nightmare. On top of that, their dog travel bags are way too small - they're saying they fit 15 pound dogs, but honestly they're really only made for tiny breeds. Their customer support team isn't much help either, especially when it comes to tracking down packages. My shipment got sent back to the local post office and nobody bothered to tell me. WildOne, your website looks great, but you really need to step up your customer service game and figure out these logistics issues.

Being new to dog ownership, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size harness and collar. Their customer service is honestly terrible. I like working with companies that actually care about solving problems for customers, not just following rules and copying text from their FAQ page. WildOne falls into the second category. I won't be ordering from them again. There are so many other small brands popping up that actually know how to treat customers right, and WildOne doesn't come close. I'd rather spend my money somewhere that values customer relationships.

The XL collar has a major flaw in how it's put together. There are tons of holes for adjusting the size, but nothing to secure the extra material once you've sized it down. This leaves a big flap of collar hanging loose where your pup could easily chew it or get it snagged on something dangerous. It looks pretty bad on my dog too. When I reached out to customer service about this issue, they weren't interested in helping at all. Seems like they're trying to make one collar work for way too many different sizes, and the quality is suffering because of it.

Picked up their collar and matching dog tag together. Right away, the rubber part started peeling off when I tried to attach the tag to the collar. Then the collar itself fell apart pretty quickly - the holes started turning dark and ripped open without much effort. The tag didn't last long either and got completely ruined. The letters on the tag got all scratched up and worn away.
