Initially, I ordered their LS40 through Amazon and sent it back because the packaging arrived damaged and both units had an annoying high-pitched sound coming through the right speaker. That experience really turned me off on the company. But I decided to give them another shot recently, thinking maybe Amazon's handling was the problem. I went ahead and bought their $249.99 model, scored it for $200 with a coupon, and I've been really happy with it. Update: I'm noticing the audio cuts out for a brief moment here and there. It's probably not something most people would catch, but it bothers me. Trying to troubleshoot it on my own first, but if I can't figure it out I'll probably request a replacement to rule out a defect. If that doesn't work out, I might end up switching back to my wired headphones instead.
