Their customer service is pretty awful. Phone line just tells you to send an email. Emails get buried, and you get a generic auto-response saying your message was received or looked at. Two weeks later, still no real help. Customer service rep seems more like a machine. Can't say I'd recommend this brand.

These folks have fantastic support! I ordered an old model remote outlet when I actually needed the smart version, but it showed up within days. My lanterns got here today and I'm really happy with them! They put out way more light than I was expecting. Shipping took longer than I'd have liked, but given what I paid and how bright they are, the wait was totally worth it.

This scale performs beautifully! I've been using it for quite a while and it's been reliable the whole time. The build quality is excellent and it looks fantastic sitting on my bathroom counter. Zero complaints so far. The glass is really sturdy and even when I've accidentally bumped stuff onto it, there's been zero damage.
