Their dishwasher tablets ruined my cutlery. I bought these tablets and my silverware started getting rust spots all over it. When I contacted the company about the problem, they basically said too bad since I was past their 30 day window. My flatware wasn't cheap either and now it's pretty much destroyed. I won't be ordering from them again.

Don't trust this website. Things were okay at first back in 2020, but then my subscription just vanished and orders started going missing left and right. Customer service was basically nonexistent. On top of that, I couldn't get back into my account anymore - tried resetting my password and within a day my credit card had fraudulent charges on it. Stay away from this company.

1 star - Ordered from them, went to cancel through their website and got that "we're sad to see you leave" message, but they shipped my order anyway. Then it happened again. The only way to reach out is through their website itself, so there's no paper trail of any of your conversations with them.

Avoid this company. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and unreliable. I set up a subscription for deliveries every two months but only got two shipments total. Meanwhile they kept taking money from my account. When I complained to their support team, they'd say shipments were delayed because of COVID, then turn around and tell me my order was sent back. I'm furious that they can just charge your account without making sure you actually get what you paid for. Not only did I lose money on products I never received, I had to buy replacement items out of my own pocket. I'm still waiting on a refund and honestly I'm not expecting to see it. Don't do business with them.
