I've been shopping with them for years and finally had one issue, but they basically refused to help. The item I got seemed completely different from what I originally purchased, and they're making me pay to ship it back. They apparently change their scent formulas without letting anyone know ahead of time, so you could end up with something that's either a manufacturing error or just some random change they decided to make. If you end up unhappy with what you receive, they honestly don't seem to care. Looks like they're not worried about keeping customers around anymore. Maybe once a company gets big enough they stop caring?
Really poor customer service experience. When you reach out for support, all you get back are generic template responses that don't actually address what you're asking about.
Really let down by this purchase. I've been a loyal customer since the late 1990s and absolutely loved their frankincense myrrh laundry soap. That all changed when the product started causing stains and damaging my clothes and nice linen sheets. I've seen other people posting about this same issue on social media too. When I contacted them about it, they basically offered zero support. I'm trying to warn others so they don't end up ruining their own expensive fabric items like I did.
What an incredible company! Their products are pure comfort in scent form for everyone in our household. We're huge fans of this KC-based brand, especially since we lived in the area and discovered their fantastic smelling items. The selection of oils, soaps, candles and more is just outstanding. Their Frankincense Zum oil is genuinely our favorite product we've ever tried, hands down. We've tried so many different brands over the years and nothing compares to this one!
