Don't buy from this company. I ordered a sound level meter as a farewell gift for my school and it doesn't work properly. When I asked for my money back, the company refused, claiming I couldn't show proof that it was broken. I even sent them a video of me standing in a quiet room while it was showing readings like 40db, and same deal when I talked near it showing 85db. These folks are dishonest and I got ripped off with no way to fix it except warn others here.

Horrible on both fronts - the company and their products. Ordering from China means you're waiting forever for delivery. You'd be way better off buying locally where you can find better quality stuff and grab replacement parts in a few days instead. I've given up waiting for them to send me a replacement nozzle after mine just fell off for no reason. Not shopping there again.

Fair warning: this is a Chinese operation without a US office, which means everything ships from overseas. The item I got had a Toikida label on it, not Tilswall (apparently they're connected companies). All the paperwork and guides came in Chinese with English translations underneath. Putting it together was straightforward enough since it's just common sense stuff. I've only used the sprayer a couple times and it works fine, so that's why I gave it three stars instead of lower. Just go in knowing the product isn't exactly what's advertised and it's really designed for the Chinese market.

Will not be ordering from them again. Package still hasn't shown up after about three weeks. Before I even bought it, I asked how long it would take and they said four to seven days. I also asked if returns had to go all the way back to China and they said no. They've been misleading from start to finish so we'll see what happens.

Complete rip off. I ordered something online that never came. There's no phone number to reach anyone, and every email I've sent goes ignored. This is a fraudulent operation.
