Got 3 candles as a holiday deal and tried the first one, LES. After about 45 minutes of burning, it started to tunnel pretty bad. Gave it another half hour to see if it would level out on its own, but it just got worse. This was the worst tunneling I've ever seen from any candle I've purchased. Contacted customer support with photos right away. Their response was basically telling me I was burning it wrong, like the off-center wick wasn't their problem. Now I'm trying to return the other two candles. Really disappointed overall.

Absolute garbage. Feels like cheap stuff made overseas with mediocre scents and zero luxury vibes. Honestly, you'd get better smelling candles at Target for less money. Grabbed Woodphoria and Slow Burn and both were total letdowns. Really regret spending the money.
