Spent around $1000 across two orders and both had major issues. In my second order, two items arrived damaged with cracked logos and one piece's strap actually snapped completely off. I also got shorts and skirts that were sized totally differently even though they had the same size label. Never got a refund or even a response to my emails, and I sent photos showing the damage straight from the packaging. I really do love this brand, but the quality on printed items and singlets along with their customer service is really disappointing. It's sad to see them growing in popularity while these things keep happening. I can't afford to lose money on damaged goods, especially after everything I've been through. Was hoping these items would be special and quality made. Really let down.

The prices aren't the lowest out there, but honestly the fit, style, materials and quality are genuinely excellent. Every item I've ordered has been something I actually love and wear. Haven't had a single disappointment yet. Just know that sizing runs large so double check measurements before you buy. Since they're based overseas, taxes are pretty steep which is annoying, but I'd still order from them again and I really recommend checking them out.

Billy Bones Club is fantastic. I own several pieces from them including tees, socks, and a cap, and every single item is amazing quality. What really stands out though is how incredible their customer service team is. I saw someone complaining that they don't have a phone line and saying customer support is basically nonexistent, but that's totally false. They have email support and they respond super fast with really friendly and helpful answers.

The designs are super cool and you can tell a lot of thought and personality went into every piece from the graphics to even the care tags. Quality could be better for what you pay but I do appreciate the little design touches! The 'designed in Melbourne' label caught my attention though since it's kind of sus - most brands say where they're designed but hide where stuff is actually made. I don't think there's anything wrong with items made in China but the fact they wrote 'made in PRC' on the tag kind of small and hidden felt like they were trying to cover it up. Anyway, the designs are really cool and the aesthetic is great, I just wish companies would be more transparent about this stuff.

Here's the thing with their 30 day return policy - what happens when your order takes 30 days just to arrive? And when it finally shows up, the package is torn open, completely beat up, and your expensive hat looks like something you'd find at a discount thrift store. Want to call them about it? Too bad, there's no phone number. Can't even submit a complaint through their customer service page because the site won't even load. Don't bother ordering from this company.

Just a heads up to anyone ordering - shipping takes way longer than what the website claims. I bought some stuff for a trip and was told it would ship the next day, but six days later I finally got a shipping notification.
