They told me to bring it back to the shop where I bought it, and about a week later the shop had my replacement ready to go. Really solid experience dealing with them. I've been a Rapala customer for years and this kind of customer service just makes you want to stick with them. Definitely feeling like a loyal customer now and looking forward to using their gear for a long time.

Got one of those oversized Rapala lures as a Father's Day present and it was perfect. My dad absolutely loved it. The 29 inch Firetiger is massive and comes packaged in this huge box that makes it look like an actual lure on the shelf, just blown up to giant size. What really impressed me was that they promised delivery by Father's Day but it actually showed up a day early. Fantastic service and a gift that really landed.
