Stay away from this seller - major scam Purchased a furase pro pet brush and was told it would arrive in 3 to 4 weeks. It's been over 6 weeks at this point and the item still hasn't shown up. Getting in touch with customer service has been completely frustrating. To make matters worse, their online storefront has shut down completely. When I tried reaching out to the payment processor for help, they asked for my store page URL but since the site is gone, I can't provide it. Don't waste your money on this company.
