Both times they fixed the issue and sent me replacement gear without any hassle. Cathy especially went way beyond what I expected to help me out. It's rare to find companies willing to stand behind their stuff like this, and I'm definitely going to keep ordering from them.
Grabbed both the XSound Go and MaxSound Plus and they've been solid performers for the price. I've had them sitting around for quite a while and they still work great. The one issue I ran into was the Flybuds C1 having some charging trouble with the left earbud. That said, the XSound Tune headphones I used to own were hands down the best pair I've ever had, which is a shame since they're not made anymore.
Got a Tribit MaxSound Plus for the holidays and within four and a half months it stopped taking a charge. I tried everything possible - factory reset, different chargers, different cables, you name it - but the speaker is clearly defective. Should've gone with Anker Soundcore instead. Lesson learned to stick with brands that have a better track record.
My wife's Tribit XSound Go speaker quit working exactly one year after we bought it because the battery wouldn't charge anymore. Pretty disappointing since my old Sony speaker from 2017 still powers on fine. However, I reached out to Tribit and they sent us a brand new one at no cost. That was honestly impressive customer service and really turned things around.
