They claimed the order shipped a month back but it never got to me. I've been asking for my money back without any luck. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Really let down by this company.
Never received my trellis and it feels like a scam. I had to contact my bank to open a dispute because the company wasn't responding to anything. My bank ended up giving me a temporary refund while they investigate. Would not suggest ordering from here. Multiple emails sent with zero replies.
Skip this place entirely. The oven took more than six weeks just to get fixed. A washing machine stayed broken for two weeks. There was water damage and dampness showing up everywhere in the rooms. Nothing they said they'd fix actually got fixed. One night around 2am, water started coming through a light socket in my room, so I had to leave. Six hours later and I still couldn't get back in, plus there's no emergency maintenance available around the clock.
Stay away from this retailer. Had a terrible experience trying to get a return. Bought a bat house mounting pole and wanted to send it back just past their 30-day window. The item was completely unused and still sealed in its box, but they wouldn't accept it. That's honestly unacceptable in 2024. When I looked into their other reviews, I found tons of complaints about how badly they treat customers. I'm done shopping here and won't be back.
