This year when two orders didn't ship, I asked them to resend those two at the original price and with the free shipping I'd originally qualified for. They refused because apparently my order no longer met the free shipping threshold. I emailed about it but got no response. Their customer service is unhelpful and lacks any empathy. I won't use them again. Spend a little more and go with someone who actually cares about their customers.
Placed an order on September 7 with a delivery window of September 22 to 27. It never shipped. I sent an email in early October and heard nothing back. When I finally called recently, they said it would arrive sometime between October 27 and November 1. By then it'll probably be too late to plant anything. A decent company would have sent an update email or at the very least responded to my initial inquiry.

This company has some strange business practices. I ordered twice and both times they sent me free shipping codes that didn't work. I ordered bare root columbines based on their pictures and managed to get them to bloom, but the flowers looked completely different from what was shown. Good luck trying to get a refund or a replacement. The customer service reps don't speak English well enough to understand what you're saying. They'll just make excuses and eventually disconnect the call on you.

Got a bulb garden as a Christmas present. It's been over 50 days and still no flowers. When I called them, they just said to put it in a sunny spot indoors and wait longer.
