Spent 430 pounds on an S3 camera and their support team won't approve a refund. It takes terrible videos in low lighting, has terrible flickering, even with automatic settings. I want my money back.
Their customer service is absolutely awful. I bought their extended coverage plan and also got a monthly subscription that supposedly includes protection too. Something on the device broke, but it wasn't covered by either warranty. I sent it in for repair and they shipped it back to the wrong location. The shipping company told me only the sender could fix the address, so I spent two weeks trying to get them to make that call. They never did. Now they're saying the package is lost somewhere, but they won't give me tracking info, won't send a replacement, and won't even respond to me anymore. It's been two months since they got it, and I told them multiple times I needed it for a trip. Total disaster.

Bought four of their Go cameras because I needed to exchange two for a different model. That was thirteen hundred dollars. I've reached out for help multiple times using email and their chat, but I get nothing back. The chat just closes when I mention I need an exchange. I should have paid attention to the bad reviews before ordering. Skip buying this product and definitely don't order straight from their website.
