You get a seven day window on their website to ask for your money back. After that they claim it's too expensive to accept returns and they want you to send photos wearing the item if you say it doesn't fit properly. I said it's inappropriate to ask for pictures of me in ill-fitting clothes. The responses have been pretty unhelpful and it seems like their team doesn't speak English well.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE, IT'S A SCAM! I spotted a gorgeous outfit on social media for family portraits. I went to their site, bought it and paid an extra $20 for rushed delivery. It should have arrived before the holidays but nothing showed up. I was watching the tracking closely. It showed in transit, then the next check revealed the package got seized. I emailed them and they apologized, offered a 20% discount for a future purchase (yeah right) and said they'd send it again. Since then I've been going back and forth trying to get a refund. Now I'm out the original purchase price, the expedited shipping charge, and had to buy a completely different outfit for my family photos.

My order sat for three weeks and when it showed up the clothing was TERRIBLY CUT AND REALLY POOR QUALITY. I contacted them about the issue and they said I'd have to pay shipping to return it myself. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE they don't support their products and are nearly impossible to work with.
