The shave was fine, nothing special or different than plenty of other razors, but you're paying a lot for it. I'm filing a complaint against Supply.co about their dishonest return policy and the pathetic quality of their razor. They advertise things like NickStop Technology reduces nicks and cuts by 75 percent and claim it's the closest shave ever, but a cheap plastic razor does a better job. Their guarantee claims you get a full refund with no questions, which sounds like a risk-free deal, but they don't mention you have to pay for return shipping. I only found out about this after asking for a return. They refused to cover my shipping costs even though their guarantee says otherwise. I sent multiple emails but got nowhere.
Ordered razor blades and a travel case back on the 26th and it's now been two weeks with no delivery. In today's world that should take a couple days at most. Really frustrated by this.
Adding to all the 1-star reviews here - I wish I'd done more research before buying their beard trimmer. This thing is junk. Poor quality, like those single blade Phillips razors but four times the price. I asked for a refund and they said nope, not for international orders, then stopped answering my emails. I filed an FTC complaint since their whole 100-day money back promise is clearly false advertising. They're using deceptive marketing to trick people into buying. Bad company, will never buy from them again, and I'll replace my previous Supply razors once these blades run out.
