Absolutely the worst experience I've had shopping online in years. I buy things all the time from different retailers and nothing compares to the problems I ran into here. Not sure why there are so many complaints out there. Ordered an office chair and it got here in less than a day. The price was killer too, less than half what a big box retailer wanted. I paid $129.99 when that same chair was going for $329.99 elsewhere. Got here so quick I thought it belonged to a different order I'd placed. The box looks untouched and the chair came right out of the factory. Really impressed.

We don't recommend officesupply.com if you want to avoid getting taken advantage of. We placed our first order on March 18 and a few hours afterward the order was canceled before shipment due to what they claimed was a validation error. We're a legitimate business with proper documentation and we sell on multiple platforms including major marketplaces, and we provided all our legal papers, yet they said we didn't pass verification. The problem is we were charged for the items from the beginning. That's where the scam started. The order was canceled and not shipped, but our payment was never refunded. Nobody responded to our messages about it. Don't shop here unless you want to lose your money.

I called customer service to request a price match on my original order, and they shot me down saying my purchase was past their 7 day cutoff, which was 10 days in. That's a terrible response from any customer service team. They sent me the better price offer right after their adjustment window closed. I've bought thousands of things online and never dealt with this kind of treatment. Their other reviews make total sense now. First time shopping with them and I'm already regretting it.
