I ordered custom clubs from Golf Discount after being told the processing would take 10 to 14 business days, which was about 3 weeks max. That timeline mattered a lot to me when deciding to buy. A week went by with absolutely nothing, so I had to contact them myself to find out what was happening. That's when they told me delivery was now going to take almost 5 weeks. Nobody reached out to let me know beforehand, and that's a major communication failure. Missing the original deadline by more than 60 percent is way more than any reasonable customer should have to deal with. It felt really disappointing. The bigger problem was how they handled it. They basically blamed their supplier, Ping, like that gets Golf Discount off the hook. As a customer, that doesn't fly at all. It showed zero accountability and zero respect for my situation. No real solution was offered, no actual alternatives were discussed, and they didn't try to make things right in any meaningful way.
