I reached out to customer service and they got back to me right away to let me know everything was already processed and on its way. Terrible experience with this company. They charged my account without proper authorization and have refused to give me my money back. I only got them to agree to a refund after I had to make a big fuss and return the items. Their timelines don't add up either - they said 25 days at first, then changed it to 3-5 business days, but somehow they had no problem taking the payment instantly. This appears to be operating under multiple different business names and websites, which is really concerning.
