Don't buy directly from this company if you can help it. I messed up and ordered the wrong slipcover style by mistake. After requesting an RMA and shipping my return back via UPS, I had to wait nearly two weeks before contacting customer service about my credit. They said it could take up to 30 days after receiving the item for the authorization to process. That's unacceptable. More than a month has passed and I'm still checking my credit card balance daily. Their customer service left me really disappointed and I won't be ordering from them directly again.

Very disappointed with how they handle returns. We bought three different cover styles to test them out, knowing we'd have to pay to send back what we didn't want. We returned two and kept one, followed all their return instructions, but then heard nothing. I sent them a message in mid-October asking for a status update. They responded that returns take 30 days to process, not counting weekends. It's been over two weeks since that response and still no credit has been applied. This is unacceptable service. Proceed with caution as a buyer.

The slipcovers themselves are decent, but the ordering experience could use improvement. I ordered two sofa slipcovers and paid through AmazonPay. It took several days before I got confirmation that the payment went through, but I never received an order confirmation or shipping notice directly from the company, which was odd. The product finally showed up a few days later. The slipcovers do the job fine, nothing fancy, and the shipping cost is pretty high, so probably won't be ordering again. Fair warning: you'll get bombarded with daily promotional emails after ordering, so you'll want to unsubscribe right away.
