Everything about my time with Tucann has been perfect. I ordered the wrong size once and they handled the return and replacement without any hassle whatsoever. It was seriously the smoothest problem resolution I've ever experienced. Recently I had an issue with zippers on a couple of my shorts, sent them an email about it, and they offered to replace both pairs even though I wasn't expecting that. I wasn't even asking for new ones since I was totally satisfied with what I had. I own multiple pairs of shorts, some tank tops, a singlet, and a shirt from them, and honestly they're my favorite clothes in my entire closet.

Terrible experience so far. Looking at other reviews here, I'm pretty sure I got ripped off. Trying to process a return but they require you to send a photo of everything first. There's no phone line to call. Emailed customer support and after jumping through all their hoops with pictures, they tell me it'll take three business days before they decide whether they'll actually approve the return. Are you serious? They advertise free returns, which is exactly why I bought from them in the first place. If I don't get return approval by the end of the week, I'm going straight to my credit card company to dispute the charge as fraudulent since they're not honoring their advertised return policy.

Seriously, find somewhere else for your swimwear. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Their sizing is way too small if you have any leg muscle. Their online return tool doesn't work properly. I've spent over a week emailing back and forth with support just to exchange a gift for a larger size. Whenever someone finally responds, I write back and somehow end up back in the automated queue. Customer service here is absolutely awful.

Don't waste your time with this company. If you have any muscle on your legs, their sizing runs way too small. Their return system on their website is broken. I've been going back and forth with their support team for over a week trying to exchange a gift for a bigger size. Every time I finally get a reply from someone, I respond and get thrown back into an automated system. This whole thing has been a nightmare.

I'm honestly shocked a business like this exists in 2024. They took my money for items that never showed up, then when I asked about it, instead of making things right, they sent me endless emails with excuses about why I wouldn't get my money back. It's frustrating that I didn't trust my gut and stick with companies that actually have real customer service and care about their clients. The whole thing was pretty disappointing. Can't even comment on the products since they never arrived, yet they keep asking me to review them anyway. This is about as bad as it gets. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
