I tried reaching out through chat again but got radio silence, and sent another message today requesting a response and maybe a courtesy acknowledgment of their error. This is seriously poor customer service. When a company puts up a discount by mistake, the least they could do is acknowledge it with some goodwill. These pieces are pricey, so their customer support really should reflect that premium positioning. I was genuinely interested in buying multiple items, but I can't support a business that doesn't treat customers like they matter. If their products are as careless as their service, you're better off looking elsewhere.
