Would one star be possible to lower? I found the one on one tutoring completely unhelpful and think iD Tech operates with unethical practices. I told you the service wasn't working for us and wasn't worth the cost, and I wasn't even aware it was a subscription. But you keep charging me after I've asked you to stop. This is straight up theft and I need it to end immediately.

This camp costs a lot and you'd think you'd get perfection. But my son's first week had terrible wifi issues that were down almost half the time. Staff said kids could work around it, but when you're spending this much money you expect better quality. When I complained, they only gave me a $100 refund on the $1000 cost.
