I've ordered ten different pieces from Pavoi and I was thrilled at first. But over time it's like owning a pig. You get excited initially because it seems amazing and wonderful. But then you realize it's actually gross and aggravating and winds up being more trouble than it's worth. About thirty percent of my items have lost their stones and the earrings aren't even hypoallergenic like advertised. When you try to get help from them it's like trying to breathe underwater. Just don't do it. They don't actually care that even though their prices are cheap their stuff falls apart in just a few months. The only reason some of my other pieces have survived longer is because I rarely wear those ones.

The quality of this jewelry is really poor but they market it as being tarnish free water resistant and fantastic. After about six weeks my bracelet completely tarnished and discolored. When I asked for help they refused to do anything and actually blocked me from going live on social media when I tried warning other shoppers about the issues.

Got a cz yellow gold plated tennis bracelet from Amazon and I have to say I was totally blown away by how gorgeous it turned out to be. The stones really sparkle and shimmer in the light just like actual diamonds would. At the price point of nineteen dollars this is an absolute steal and I'm totally planning to grab more pieces from them.

UPDATE: After I complained about their return policy they reached out super quick, apologized sincerely, and ended up giving me a full refund. I'm really satisfied with how everything was resolved in the end. Thank you Pavoi for making it right! ORIGINAL ISSUE: The return policy here is awful. I spent over sixty dollars on two pairs of leggings but they fit really poorly and arrived without any tags attached. Returning them cost me over thirty dollars in shipping charges but they only refunded me four dollars and sixty seven cents for both items claiming they needed to replace the tags. Definitely don't bother wasting your money or energy on this company.

My order took way longer to arrive than it should have and because of the delay my items are now stuck in the US. I'm based outside the country and had planned to have a family member transport them to me but since they didn't show up on time that never happened. I never got what I paid for and this whole experience has been a complete waste of my time and money.

I placed an order but never got tracking details sent to me. After I had to email them a third time threatening to cancel, the package finally arrived but it was missing the main item I wanted most. When I reached out about it they just said it was out of stock. If they had actually picked and set aside my order when I placed it this whole issue would never have happened. Pavoi has made it absolutely clear that I should never order from them again.

The simulated diamond necklace I bought is eighteen inches long and has a major problem with the clasp. It keeps coming undone and falling off. Fortunately I was home when it happened or I would have lost it completely. This is clearly a defective clasp and it's a serious issue with this item. They won't fix the problem because if you lose the necklace you'll have to buy another one. Rating one star.

I ordered a bunch of earrings plus a couple bracelets. Some of the earrings weren't really my style so I tried to return them. It's been back and forth constantly and now the support team won't even respond to my messages asking for the return shipping address. This whole situation has me really aggravated.

Never received what I ordered. The company refused to help me or investigate with the shipping carrier to figure out why my package got delivered to the wrong location miles away. The shipper said the vendor had to handle it so I'm stuck out forty dollars. The customer service here is absolutely terrible.

The quality of these pieces is really disappointing and they break down way too quickly with regular wear. Their customer support team was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I tried to get assistance. The company clearly doesn't care about standing behind what they sell. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. It's sad because you'd think any business would want to make customers happy and encourage them to come back, but instead they basically told me to take my business elsewhere!
