Ordered from them for the first time about two months ago and picked up three concave tapers in different sizes (18g, 16g, and 14g). Two of them were right but the third one was clearly the wrong size when I looked at it, appeared to be way too large. Used my own gauge tool to check each one and confirmed the 18 and 14 gauge pieces were correct, but they'd sent me a 12 gauge instead of the 16 gauge I ordered. Got in touch with their support team explaining the mistake. They basically offered me a refund or said I could wait for the correct 16 gauge to get back in stock. I decided to wait since I wasn't in any rush. Then radio silence from them. After a bit I had to ask if I needed to send the wrong one back to them. They gave me an address but didn't explain anything about shipping costs or how reimbursement would work. Ended up having to cover the shipping myself to send it back. Communication up to this point was really bad, but then it got even worse. Eventually they said they'd reimburse the shipping fee and did send the money back, though the amount was actually higher than what I paid out

Would give negative stars if possible. Absolutely dreadful service from start to finish. Placed my order almost 2 months back and still haven't received anything. After I reached out via email asking where my package was, they claimed it had already shipped out, then got returned before it even reached me, so they supposedly mipped it again. Still waiting. Getting responses from them has been like pulling teeth. At this point I just want my money back, but that hasn't happened either. Seriously, stay away from this place or you'll regret it.
